Col. (Retd.) Ravindra Singh

Col. (Retd.) Ravindra Singh is a versatile Indian Army veteran with over 25 years of service and 12 years of leadership experience across urban development, sustainability, and smart city management. As CEO of ELCITA, he has pioneered initiatives in carbon reduction, renewable energy, water positivity, and digital governance — leading ELCITA to become India’s first municipal body with an IGBC Green City Platinum rating. With a strong foundation in engineering and policy, Col. Singh continues to champion innovation, resilience, and sustainability in the built environment.
Arun Kumar
Council Member
Arun Kumar brings over a decade of experience in high-rise residential projects with deep expertise in project management, design, and planning. Passionate about sustainability and smart building initiatives, he has been instrumental in driving innovation and quality across developments. As a council member, he contributes his rich experience in governance and execution to advance CKPC’s People Experience vision.
Vasanth Kumar
Council Member
Vasanth is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in Property and Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, and Workplace Services. Known for his transformational leadership, he has consistently enhanced operational efficiency, sustainability, and workplace well-being across diverse portfolios. As a council member, he brings a people-first approach to facilities governance — ensuring that CKPC’s spaces not only operate seamlessly but also foster comfort, safety, and a strong sense of community aligned with our People Experience and sustainability vision.
Nipun Chowrasia
Council Member
Nipun Chowrasia is a strategic and operational leader with over a decade of experience driving scale, profitability, and performance across startups and large enterprises in sectors like energy, mobility, HRTech, and SaaS. With expertise in building data-driven systems, process excellence, and customer-centric strategies, he brings a unique ability to translate insight into impact. As a council member, Nipun’s focus on analytics, efficiency, and human experience helps strengthen CKPC’s commitment to operational sustainability and enhanced People Experience across all its projects.
Nisha Majumdar
Council Member
Nisha Majumdar is a marketing strategist driven by the belief that powerful storytelling and data-driven insight can transform how people connect with brands. With over a decade of experience across diverse industries, she has led multi-channel campaigns, built high-performing teams, and delivered measurable growth through innovative, analytics-led strategies. As a council member, Nisha brings her expertise in experience design and audience insight to help shape CKPC’s People Experience and sustainability narratives — creating meaningful connections between communities, brands, and the environments they inhabit.
