CKPC Secures Landmark 1.4 Million Sq. Ft. Lease with TCS at 360° Business Park
CKPC Properties is proud to announce a milestone achievement at 360° Business Park, our flagship development in Electronics City, Bengaluru. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has signed a long-term lease for 1.4 million sq. ft. of office space across Towers Zenith. With a 15-year term, this is one of the largest commercial real estate transactions in India in recent years.
The lease will commence in two phases beginning in April 2026 with one tower of Zenith and expanding in August 2026 to cover both towers. With this, TCS will occupy one of the largest contiguous office footprints in Electronics City, strengthening Bengaluru’s position as India’s leading technology hub.
