Dr. K J Purushotam
Chairman of CKPC Properties
A pioneer in real estate development, he has spearheaded numerous high-caliber projects, ranging from IT parks and industrial hubs to commercial spaces and luxury residences. Guided by a vision for innovation and excellence, his leadership extends beyond business, with a strong focus on philanthropy and making a meaningful impact in the community.
He has been honored with prestigious accolades, including an Honorary Doctorate from the Government of Sri Lanka, the Dr. Abdul Kalam Award (2016), a Doctor of Letters from King’s University and the Bharat Gaurav Award presented at the British Parliament, London.

With a globally-oriented approach, he ensures that each project meets both market demands and environmental considerations. His work is grounded in delivering value through thoughtful, well-executed developments that reflect a deep understanding of the real estate landscape.
Veera N Oruganti
Chief Business Officer
As CBO, Veera focuses on scaling CKPC Properties, transforming its business model, and developing new revenue streams. A Tata Administrative Service (TAS) alumnus, he has worked with senior leaders at the Tata Group, including the Chairman’s office. In his last role, Veera led the supply chain transformation and was recognized as an Under 40 Supply Chain Super Achiever in 2021. Veera is passionate about building strategic partnerships for future growth.
